Rotational Leadership Development Program (Internship)

Interns in our Leadership Development Program will rotate through four key departments—Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Safety—gaining diverse insights into business operations. Each rotation offers immersive, hands-on experiences such as developing business solutions, coordinating fleet logistics, engaging with customers, creating sales proposals, recruiting drivers, and handling safety matters. This structure fosters meaningful contributions and prepares interns for future leadership roles through a comprehensive understanding of the organization.

Operations & Logistics (Internship)

The Operations & Logistics Internship offers hands-on experience across the commercial and operational sides of the business. Through exposure to Logistics & Sales and Asset Operations, interns will develop practical knowledge of customer relationships, pricing, brokerage, dispatch, fleet planning, and operational efficiency while gaining a broader understanding of how decisions and daily operations contribute to business performance.

Data Engineer (Co-Op)

By being part of our innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team as a Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in operational efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline business operations, with opportunities to collaborate on impactful projects and expand into advanced programming areas such as Python, APIs, React, and SQL.

Junior Accountant (Internship)

The Junior Accountant internship role at SFI International is designed to provide hands‑on, real‑world experience. Interns gain exposure across multiple accounting and finance functions, including journal entries, financial analysis, period‑end close processes, and high‑visibility projects that support operational and strategic decision‑making. Marketing & Communications (Internship)

Human Resources (Internship)

The Human Resources Internship offers broad, hands-on exposure to the many ways HR supports people and the business. From recruitment and employee support to reporting, analytics, HR systems, communications, and process improvement, interns will contribute to meaningful work while building practical skills and gaining a deeper understanding of the HR function.
